Our mission
We started Raddiene in Croatia to do software development the way we think it should be done: small teams, direct communication, and shipping working software. We build custom applications, connect systems through APIs, and plug into existing teams when they need extra capacity.
Being in the EU means we share working hours with most of Europe and the US East Coast. GDPR compliance comes standard. And because we’re a small shop, you always know who’s working on your project.
Meet the team
Built by people who write code.
Raddiene exists because we got tired of agencies where decisions get made by people who don’t write code. Here, the engineers make the technical calls. That’s the whole point.
You talk directly to the people building your software. No account managers relaying messages, no game of telephone. When you have a question, the person who answers it is the same person writing the code.
Our tools are Python, TypeScript, Rust, and Go. We’ve used them across web apps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines. Full product builds, system integrations, team augmentation. We’re comfortable with all of it.
Past projects include AI analytics platforms, payment system integrations, booking engines, and real estate platforms. Everything we ship comes with clean architecture, tests, and documentation.
